The story of 

My name is Luke Wolters and I'm the founder of FREEBAR. I've been living with severe allergies leading to anaphylaxis since I was born in 1985. I was born allergic to ALL nuts, wheat, eggs, dairy and too many other things to list. When I was younger, my family struggled with finding food that was safe, as allergies at the time were a new thing, and the severity wasn't widely known as it is today. It was tough, and now people are more educated and excepting of those with allergies than ever before.

A few years ago, I was travelling to Moab Utah, a mecca for mountain biking. When we got there, we explored the town. We visited a store that had literally hundreds of different energy bars, and not one of them fitting the combination of peanut/nut, dairy and gluten free! Instead of getting angry and upset that I couldn't find anything I thought there was a great opportunity to help others with great tasting and energy packed bar.

I'm happy to share that I've created an energy bar for those of us with allergies that taste amazing and give you the energy you need to enjoy your adventure.
